COVER & ELIGIBILITY

It is the most we pay towards any single repair. It is not an annual budget and not an excess. All four levels cover the same components; a higher level raises the ceiling per claim and the labour rate we cover.
Cover starts on the date you choose, with a short initial period before you can claim so that pre-existing faults are not passed to us. The exact length is in the terms, and we tell you the date you are covered from before you pay.
No. We cover up to fifteen years and 150,000 miles at the start, and the car ageing past that afterwards does not end your policy. Older cars are precisely who this is for.
With any warranty level, yes. On its own it is £4.99 a month. There is no version of a warranty level where recovery costs extra.

MAKING A CLAIM

Any VAT-registered garage in the UK, including a franchised dealer or the independent you already trust. The only rule is that you call us before work starts. We pay the garage directly wherever we can, so you are not funding the repair and waiting to be reimbursed.
Cover transfers to the new keeper at no charge, which is worth real money on a private sale. Send us their details and we reissue the certificate.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Yes. Every price shown is the total you pay each month, VAT included. Nothing is added at checkout.
Match the limit to a serious repair on your car. A gearbox or turbo on a mainstream hatchback typically lands between £1,200 and £2,500 fitted, which is why Standard is the most chosen. Newer or premium cars have dearer parts and labour, so Premium or Elite fit better.
No. Your first monthly payment is the only thing you pay to start. No admin fee, no setup fee, no exit fee.
You can buy it alone for £4.99 a month. Bear in mind it is free with any warranty level, so most people take a warranty and get recovery included.

YOUR ACCOUNT

Yes. Rolling monthly, no minimum term, no exit fee. Cancel and your cover runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
No, and there is no impact on your credit file. You are paying monthly for a service, not borrowing to buy one.
Yes, up or down, any time, at no charge. The change applies from your next payment date and there is no new waiting period on the same vehicle.
