Your usual independent, a specialist or a franchised dealer. We pay them directly where we can.

The bit competitors often hide

What we don't cover.

Most warranty companies bury this page. We would rather you knew before buying, because a claim declined at the counter is worse for both of us.

Wear and tear items. Brake pads and discs, tyres, wipers, bulbs, batteries.

Servicing and consumables. Oil, filters, coolant, plugs, cambelt changes done as maintenance.

Pre-existing faults. Anything already wrong, diagnosed or advised before cover started.

Accident and cosmetic damage. That is your insurer’s job, not ours.

Bodywork, paint, trim and glass. Including windscreens and interior wear.

Damage from neglect. Running low on oil or coolant, or driving on with a warning light.

Modified vehicles. Engine or drivetrain outside manufacturer specification.

Commercial use. Taxi, private hire, courier, instruction or hire fleet.

Illustrative exclusions. Final wording must come from the approved terms and conditions.

We confirm in writing what we will pay before any work is carried out.

Work proceeds and we settle with the garage directly wherever possible.
